Membership Form
Instructions: Kindly print out and fill the Membership Form with the requested details. Send the completed form along with a cheque or DD for the chosen membership. Life members will receive a receipt and a membership card. You will also get our new, trendy cotton T-shirt with the Blue Cross logo.
All members receive email campaign newsletters and the annual report once every year. Members have the satisfaction that they are part of a family of humanity who speak up to stop animal abuse. They are part of an effort to provide support for animals that cannot care for themselves- ensuring no animal needs to die helpless on the streets of our city!
